Large Crates with Dividers

A large dog crate with a divider is the best bet for  a growing puppy

Crate Cover

Love a crate cover not only do they make it more pleasing to the eye but dogs and puppies love to feel like they are in a “den”

Love these large cuddle beds

Crate Pad

These basic ones are the best in my opinion – easy to wash and comfy I would recommend eventually getting 2 so you can wash one and use one.   They are also just nice beds.

Bed Pads, Bed Pads, Bed Pads!!!

Bed pads are my favorite puppy find yet!  These are invaluable!!! They wash up awesome and are so much more absorbent than the disposable ones.    I still use the disposable ones for certain things – but these are my go to first!

Snuggle Puppy

So one of the most upsetting thing for a puppy when it first goes home is that they are taken from their litter mates.   The snuggle puppy with a litter scented blanket has the potential to really make the difference.   No guarantee because I would definitely say that results will vary .  But worth every penny if it works.

Puppy/Dog indoor/outdoor containment, collars & leashes

Tie outs

I always find a need for these, Camping, picnicking or I just need a break form having a dog on a leash. They are compact and you can keep them in your car and use any tree or fencepost.

Indoor/Outdoor Pen

This is the more expensive version but I have found lots of uses for it.   And they are very durable.

Baby Gate

Out door Kennel

Harness

Best to get when they get older and really helps with pulling because the leash attaches to the front

Jogging leash

Love these for when puppy is new and you need to keep an eye on them.   Plus it gets them used to following you around some.   Just remember new puppies tire easily so only do this for 15- 30 min at a time to start with

Eating

Potty Training

Pooper Scooper

What goes in must come out!  Keeping the puppy’s out door area as clean as his indoor area is important to their health!

Mighty Paw Smart Bell 2.0, Dog Potty Communication Doorbell

Have never tried this but I am really intrigued by it.  Thinking of getting it for my next litter of puppies and see how they interact with it.   But I think its a great idea for potty training a new puppy!

Door Bells for potty truing

These work really well and its a simple concept.   When you are going out the door to let your puppy go potty ring the bell as you walk out.   Do that every time for how ever long it takes for the puppy to walk up to the door and make the bells ring.   Usually doesnt take long and I have seen them use their paws to push it back and forth and make it ring or even just nudge it with their nose.   You just have to remember if you hear a slight ringing somewhere its probably the puppy telling you they need to go potty!
